SecurityBoat Community was built so cybersecurity never stays behind closed doors.

SecurityBoat Community is an open, community-driven initiative — professionals, students, researchers, ethical hackers, developers, startups and organizations, learning out loud together.

Volunteers — the pillars

• Photography — Own the visual record of every meetup — talks, hallway conversations, full rooms. Your shots become the chapter galleries and the proof this community is real.
• Registration — Run the front desk: QR check-ins, badges, and the first hello every attendee gets. You set the tone for the whole event.
• Speaker Management — Scout, brief and support the people on stage. You make sure every speaker lands well and every session starts on time.
• Logistics — Venues, timing, supplies, seating — the invisible engine of every meetup. When nothing seems to go wrong, that was you.
• Social Media — Tell the story while it happens — threads, reels and recaps that reach the members who couldn't make it in person.
• Community Engagement — Keep the Slack warm and every newcomer welcomed. You turn first-time attendees into regulars.
